This is a 4 part wellness series designed to help you support your immunity, improve your energy and feel better naturally within 4 weeks.
Each week, in order, we will focus on:
1. How to support a healthy gut naturally.
2. Biorhythms 101.
3. Spices + superfoods + natural herbs for gut health.
4. How to tune into your digestion + understand your cravings.
There will be a brief talk at the beginning of each class, along with some tips on what you can do now to optimize your wellness. Followed by a brief opportunity to ask any questions or concerns you personally have and receive some advice from me as a Health + Wellness Coach.
