Welcome to my Vinyasa Level 2 class! This more dynamic class is a complete workout! We are adding more flows and more poses, we are building more strength, balance, flexibility, increasing our cardiovascular endurance and bringing more awareness on our breath, body and mind. I will always be giving options and modifications so all levels are welcome, but be ready to move!!
