About this class
This vinyasa yoga class emphasizes movement with breath. We will begin with a gentle warm-up sequence in which we will create awareness and activate the body for our practice. We will flow through poses while being conscious of each inhale and exhale. The sequences create a union with the mind, body and spirit and develop strength and flexibility. The class will conclude with a restorative guided meditation, designed to integrate the benefits of the entire practice and support deep relaxation.
