About this class
Join me for a creative, uplifting class that will leave you feeling strong, restored and balanced. Expect a blend of Katonah Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, challenging core, strength and mobility work, cathartic movement, breath-work, and deeply restorative postures. I utilize sacred geometry and self-mapping tools to reform the structure of the body and liberate the conditioning of the mind. We take a formal approach to asana, to better understand our first nature and potentiate our second nature. Through consistent, skillful practice, we develop insight, joy and infinite potential. Each will class will have a different focus.
