About this class

You will be guided through meditation focused specifically on addressing feelings of anxiety into a vibrational sound journey that will encourage these feelings to move through to be released, while creating optimal states in the physical and energetic bodies to repair, restore, and heal. Specific frequencies + intervals will be used to activate, recalibrate, and soothe the parasympathetic nervous system.

This experience works best with headphones.

You will focus on

  • Guiding the mind + body to the optimal state for healing to occur
  • Breaking up + releasing old or stagnant energy
  • Relaxing + recalibrating the nervous system
  • Aligning the chakras

How to come prepared

  • Wearing headphones during the session will be most effective. Since the output of the sound will vary based on each participant's device, connection, etc., make sure you will be able to easily adjust the volume on your headphones during the session, if needed.
  • A comfortable surface to lie on (or a supported seated position) with pillows, a blanket, and comfortable clothes
  • Prepare a sacred space, free from distractions and background noise.
