  • How to design your perfect morning routine to maximize your energy, and support your biorhythms.
  • How to design your perfect bedtime routine to ensure quality sleep, rest and restore cycles.
  • How to incorporate natural energy and immunity boosters into your daily routine.

How to come prepared

  • Bring a journal or your laptop to create your weekly schedule.
  • Come prepared to mostly sit in a comfortable position, in comfy clothes.
  • Bring an open mind as to how tiny shifts in your daily routine could make a huge impact.
