About this class

The breath is a gateway to the deeper parts of ourselves. It affects how we think, feel and act. It is unique in the fact that it can be both automatic and under conscious control. And when we consciously control the breath, we can make powerful change in the mind and body.

Join this weekly class that will use breath to quiet the noise of life and reconnect with the our sense of self. We will use the breath to shift between differing states of the nervous system, providing us an access point to our psychological and emotional states.

Each class will be a little different, however will always include an education component and then a guided portion delivering participants to a state of deep relaxation, connection and bliss.
