About this class

Taking the voyage through the world of the chakras. Each week we root into the various chakras and discover the traits within ourselves as we move along the nadi channels creating balance and harmony. We work through a meditative earth focused flow inspired by grounding a centering. Poses are warming at times and may require modifications which are provided throughout the class. We move at a mellow medium pace holding poses long enough to feel the intention behind why we are practicing them. The use of the chair is often used and introduced in this class. 

Please always have pillow, blankts, a strap or belt, blocks or the like, and a space that you can practice in without being interrupted. Chair is helpful to have near by.
