About this class
Start your morning with a fun yoga flow! We will begin each class with a moment to tune in to the breath then we will practice connecting breath with some gentle movement. Next we will fire up the inner flame with movements that provide an opportunity to welcome a challenge into your day! Then we will slow things down and take rest to allow our bodies to float on a wave of peace that we just created for ourselves.
Yoga is for everybody! All levels are welcome as modifcations will be provided.
