About this class

This hour long class is an opportunity to get grounded and centered. The firswt half of class with feature Yin poses that will be held between 2-4 minutes as we work on releasing the connective tissue in the body. This is an opportunity to surrender and release old habits. The second half of class will focus on a colorful meditation of each of the 7 main chakra energy centers along the spine to release and replenish emotions and thought processes. Each class is structured to promote alignment and balance in the mind, body, and spirit! All levels are welcomed as modifications and variations are offered throughout the practice.
