 Join this healing session focusing on yoga for the neck, shoulders, back and hips. We are going to fo target areas that tend to build up tension, and combat neck tension, shoulder pain, back pain, tightness in the hips and poor posture. This therapeutic sequence will reduce stress and inflammation, relieve discomfort and increase range of motion. Preventative care is the best care!
