About this class

This class will be divided between meditation (mindful) techniques and pranayama (breath) practices. Developing a regular ‘sitting’ practice and learning pranayama techniques that regulate the breath allows us to effectively settle and calm the mind. Learning these two practices together can make meditation accessible and possible for those have struggled to reach a meditative state. No previous experience with pranayama or meditation is necessary. All are welcome!  Class Duration: 60 Minutes
