About this class
This hour long class is an opportunity to get grounded and centered while moving and transitioning through Vinyasa style yoga poses. During class you will experience a range of movement from each of the main yoga pose families including standing, sitting, backbends/heart openers, twists, and strength. Each class is structured to promote alignment and balance in the mind, body, and spirit! All levels are welcomed as modifications and variations are offered throughout the practice.
