Vin Yin starts with a vinyasa sequence to build heat and prep your body for deep stretching, hip-opening Yin poses that increase flexibility and create ease.  It's the best of both worlds. You will leave rinsed, stretched and rejuvenated.   Feel the connection with a live in-studio class where Maureen guides you through a powerful practice and offers you support and alignment cues as needed.
